ENGLISH

Six of these pictures have been manipulated, the 1st one, the 3rd one, the 5th one, the 6th one and the two last ones. To my mind, the photographer wants to show the picture as he saw it and the post-treatment is a tool allowing this. Modifying a picture is not an easy thing, to develop a film you need knowledge, time and materials in the same way you need a computer, applications and knowledge to process a digital file. All cameras (digital or not), all lenses, and all screens, give different results, whereas the photographs vision is unique. Post-treatment enables the, maybe necessary, personal-customisation of the picture.

Sebastiæn likes shoes

Sebastiaen likes shoes HDR (crop)

This is an HDR I’ve been wanting to do for a long time. These are all the shoes I brought with me up to Norway. I have some more waiting for me in Toulouse, France.

Click on the picture to see it on my flickr page, in different sizes.

I like how the HDR processing improves the details! This one was made from 5 pictures with different exposures and assembled in photomatix pro.
